Refund & Returns Policy
At New England Fly Company, apparel and merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through Printify, our print-on-demand partner. Because items are custom-produced specifically for each purchase, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges for issues such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.
We always want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
Order Issues (Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item)
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

Your order number

A brief description of the problem

Clear photos (if possible) of the item and any damage or misprint
Once verified, we will work with Printify to provide a free replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all Printify products are made-to-order:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

We do replace items with manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damage incurred during shipping.

Cancellations
Orders for merchandise and apparel begin production quickly. Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, production may have started and the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or never arrives, we will file a claim and issue a replacement once Printify confirms non-delivery.
Custom Fly Collection Orders
We hand tie all of our flies in house, and often they are made to order. Cancellations are only possible within 4 hours of placing your order. After that window, production may have starter and the order cannot be canceled.
