6. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Because Printify products are made to order:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for wrong size, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, production may have begun and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
