At New England Fly Company, most products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify, our print-on-demand partner. Shipping times may vary depending on the print provider, product type, and destination.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and sent to production within 1 business day.

  • Because items are custom-made, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or Printify’s production schedule.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination. Some items may ship separately depending on the print provider.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at info@newenglandfly.com. We will work with Printify to verify the issue and send a replacement when eligible.


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
